birth record from naples

What is the best way to get a birth record from Naples from 1865 that would include all of the information about birth location for the parents and the names of the grandparents of the baby?

Hi Joe Napoli is both a comune (town) and province (like a county) so if you know for sure that its the comune you can use the Family History Library and order films for around $5.00 rental for a month and view them at a nearby Center on there viewing machines that usually can make photo copy of the records for a cost per copy. Thank you for the information. It seems that 1865 is the last year where the births are archived. I'm pretty lucky I guess.

The LDS Family Search has online records for Napoli which would be listed under Italian civil registration. When you click on browse records the list come up with Napoli listed. When that is clicked on it shows the various areas to select.

I would certainly give it a try.
