Looking for De Dia in or around Strasatti di Marsala

I know that my great great grandfater Giacomo De Dia (pass away) is from the Marsala area of Italiy. I have old letters from one of my dad Aunt, and one of his Uncle. There is a store (bar) stamp on the envelope -

After doing alittle google mapping I found what looks to be the correct street name of Via Nazionale ( Cinisi Italia ) what is Italia? Is that Italia is Italy?

FYI Giacomo De Dia changed his name to Chriss Dee when he moved here to the USA and the return back to Itialy after 3 or 4 years here in the US, not sure if he keep his American name or switch back. I was also able to find his menafest ship records and the name of the ship here to the US. Not sure about the menafest back.
