Tantillo Surname from Alia, Sicily

I seem to have run into a stone wall. I'm looking for a place where I could find my grandfathers birth certificate. He was from Alia, Sicily. Does anyone know where I could get this info? Please help!

Send form letter (www.circolocalabrese.org form letters) to Ufficio di Stato Civile, Comune di Alia, Postale 90021, Province of Palermo, Sicily Italy and enclose a self addressed envelope and either toss in $5.00 or postal coupons even though the service is free it is low on priority..end of day thing for them. 6-8 weeks.
