House #4 the word is pomeridiano undici 11pm Giuesppe witness age 40 baby was born on the 25th Sept presented to the mayor on the 26th Sept. The line di anni venticinque is for the day of birth
AM is antimeridiano and PM is pomeridiano for time of birth or death
