Birth certificates from Corleone

Hi,
I would like to request birth certificates on my grandparents. They were both born in Corleone, Italy. I am also trying to get information on their parents and any siblings they may have had. I only know of one for sure. How do I ask for that when writing to Italy? I remember seeing form letters on this website a few years ago, but I cannot locate them. Any information would be appreciated. Gracie.

Hi Here is a letter I wrote to Corleone to get my grandfather's birth record. It took about about a month to get a reply back. I included a International Reply Coupon but it was returned with the doc. Hope this helps.
