Tracing and obtaining a 19th Century will from Milan

Can anyone help me in applying to the appropriate office for a will. The will I am interested in was that of Federico Maria Fedrigo who died in Milan on 25th Sept 1886. I am slowly learning to understand the Italian language from translating the most fascinating documents but do not know enough to write in Italian to ask for a copy of a will. Can anyone help?
