Vitto Family History

I am looking for information on the vitto family name. All i know is that my mothers grandmother was rose vitto and I believe that her parents came over on a boat from sicily. I asked a friend of mine, Franco Quantrini, about the vitto name and he said that he had heard of it and that there was a group in chicago but to be careful if i were to go looking for them and when using the vitto name in chicago. If anyone has any information i would really appreciate it.
