Looking for Immigration record for Great-great-grandfather

Post by nancy711 »

I have been searching for the Passenger Manifest for my Great-great-grandfather Raffaele (Ralph) Durazzano. I believe that he emigrated from Elena (Gaeta), Italy around 1899. He probably would had been coming to stay with his son, Pasquale Siccone (some spellings are Ciccone) who immigrated in 1892 or his daughter, Pasquale's wife, Maria Durazzano who immigrated in 1897 with her son Guiseppe Cosmo (I have both of their Passenger Manifests). Raffaele's wife Isabella Gallinaro immigrated to Port of Boston on Feb. 10, 1904 aboard the USS Republic and it is noted on her Passenger Manifest that she was coming to America to visit her husband Ralph Durazzano - also noted that he had been here 5 years. I have found his death certificate (died on July 13, 1913 in Cambridge, MA) on which it is noted that he was born in 1827. I have tried several sources but have been unable to find a record of his arrival in the US. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
