Zip Code for Naples

I am trying to send off for my gggrandpa's birht certificate in Naples and used this link for an address. This was all I was able to get, I could not get a zip code. Could anyone help? Thank you so much!

I sent my letter of request for birth certificate to the email address
stato.civile@comune.napoli.it several days ago. Should I be concerned if I have not received a response that they received my email? How long should I wait before I contact them again? I don't want to appear impatient at all, I just want to know if they received my request. Does anyone have any experience with this or any advice. Thanks so much

Hi Scraig,
i have much experience with Napoli's "Stato Civile". I usually go to Naples in person because is it' very difficult to get a response by mail.
You can try to send a fax at the number: 0039 0817958560
I can give you a doc file with the text to be sent by fax. Can you write your email, so i'll attach it?
