I believe I found the death index for my 4x great grandfather, however I'm having a hard time locating the actual record. Can anyone make out the record number & maybe provide a translation of the record for me?

Lonardo Lucente died June 28 1850 at 2pm, he was 60yo, born in Rutigliano, son of Late Paolo and late of Grazia Antonia Romito. Husband of Domenica Di Vittorio
