Cittadinanza record to be translated

Not for sure what this record is for--but, record #2, for Nicola Palmieri

Any help in translation would be appreciated. Also, what is this record--if my guess is right, it is a census of some sort?

Thanks in advance!

It is not a census, but a moving of residence from san Prisco to Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
It is not usual to find such declarations though a special register was kept for them.
Declaration was made on Jul 7th, 1887 by Nicola Palmieri, 29 years old, son of Giovanni. I'd translate "industriante" as "entrepreneur".
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi
