Re: Russo what is this document
It is the copy of the death record # 22 of 28 Jul 1866 of Filippo Russo, age 32, country guard, husband of Maria Battaglia, born in Partinico and residing in San Cipirrello, son of the late Ignazio and living Giuseppa Evola (residing in Partinico).
He died in San Cipirrello about at midday of 27 Jul 1866 in the feud Giambascio (exactly in the country owned by Don Salvatore Di Marco in the Fallamonico plain). And who died a violent death, caused by firearms and cutting.

I don't know why he was killed. The act doesn't say it...
