Help with writing on envelope

Can someone help me with this? This is an envelope from a cousin in Bellosguardo Italy to my uncle. Is her name on this? I would think her last name is Parente since that was my GGM name. Somebody Parente (child) of Antonio? And then something that begins with V?
Hopefully I have attached the back of the envelope.

in Valletta = her married surname is Valletta
