Looking for Addresses Otranto, Lecce & Bagheria, Palermo

Ciao, 2 weeks off to work. I'm looking for the Ufficio di Stato Civile for Otranto, Lecce, Puglia & Bagheria, Palermo, & Prato, Tuscana. I've checked these web sites, niente! If there is one, I haven't been able to find the exact addresses to write to. Non parlo italiano.

I'm also writing Churches in Napoli, Bagheria, Otranto, & Prato. First 2 have lots of churches, but not the one my bisnonni were married at [Napoli]. And on the "Chiesa Cattolica Italiana" site, it's hard to find an address & who's the pastor [or someone to address, for the data]. Am I correct that the ITA churches, not dioceses, hold the DOB, DOD, & baptismal & marriage records? I know some civil offices also have them. I've checked out antenati, but it doesn't have all up on all towns yet.

Anyone know how to get these addresses? I've looked on every IT Genealogy site I can find. I'd appreciate any help. Mille Grazie

Prato & Otranto were the hardest to find. And the other 2 sites had so many addresses, I couldn't tell which was what. You've been a huge help for me, now off to write these places.

Sorry I haven't been here for a few years, I was "locked out" for some reason & just got back in.
Thanks for all your help. I did write Lecce Officio de Stato Civile for the DOB of my bisnonno, Ferdinando GRASSI, b 1840, via his [long] marriage record, age 30 in Otranto Lecce Puglia in 1870, that I got from Ann Tatangelo, https://angelresearch.net. Their response was there is NO record of his DOB in Otranto from 1835 - 1845! I also wrote Brindisi, as I heard they have some of the records of Lecce, but got no response.
So I pose 2 more questions. 1 What Church would I write in Otranto? I can't seem to find any address, but for the Cathedral & they don't keep those records [at least in the USA]. 2. How would I find his DOD, in Napoli, without any date? I've even tried the antenati site, but it doesn't go back that far. I also found a few of his siblings & their DOB's [b Napoli[ on LDS, but not his.
