GGF-GF-F Italian Citizenship?

THIS SIGHT IT GREAT!!!

I am trying to get all my paperwork together for the Philadelphia Italian consulate.

few questions to start:

1. I have a copy of my GGF's Birth Certificate but not original. He was born in Belmonte Calabro Cosenza. Who should I email or lookup to see how to send for one?

2. I have a copy of my GGGF's Naturalization Paperwork from July 2013. Were do I need to check (County, State or Fed) to find a sufficient one so I can then get it APOSTILLED?

These 2 seem to be the ones that will take the longest time. Others I can get locally.

Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

Sorry. Naturalization was July 1913.

I just realized my GGF that was born in Italy in the year 1901 isn't my start. I need my GGGF and GGGM's Birth Certificates along with their marriage licenses from Italy.

If I give information like Names DOB's and town from Italy can someone help me locate this info and best way to send for it?
