search gr grandfather from Genova

Post by chrispassano »

I am trying to find the date when my grand father came to South Africa in order to establish when he became a SA citizen. He was Carl(o) Pasquale Passano, born on 21 March 1841 (or 43) in Genoa and died on 25 January 1912. We want to find out if we can apply for Italian citizenship through ancestry.
