Anyways, I had another thought and I've located the allegati for their marriage, which gives us the following info which will make it much easier for you to find the original birth and death acts. Obviously there were errors in some of the previous documents as regards Apollonia and Francesco's vintage.

1820 Birth Act No 54: Apollonia Maria Raffaela Dema

1820 Birth Act No 58: Francesco Maria Gaetano di Rago
Here it says son of Signori Raffaela Pizano??? e Ascanio di Rago

1838 Death Act No 76: Rafuna Maria di Cunto
daughter of the late Don Giuseppe e Donna Apollonia Spolidoro (bringing you back another generation – yeah!)

Humble apologies! I've just realised I have twice mispelt Apollonia's mother's given name. It is "Rufina" as I initially typed (definitely not Rafuna). Also, the given name is definitely Apollonia. Sorry for any confusion. (I hadn't had much sleep working on a couple of projects including this one. Time for a few days off I think.):-0
