Handwritten Letters - 1990 Letter from Cousin

[mvosilla]

I found a few letters my grandfather received from his relatives. I am pretty sure they are in Italian, but with my not knowing the language, and the poor handwriting and grammar, they are proving difficult to make out. Anyone who is willing to help translate or even transcribe, it would be greatly appreciated.
