I am looking to put together a family tree. I got a very small one from italy, but I am interested in finding my great grandfather\'s brothers families. The oldest ones must of stayed in Italy. My great grandfather, his younger brother and sister went to England and then my great grandfather came to America. I found the relatives in Manchester, but we are interested in the other family members..

go to www.ellisisland.org and look up your family relative and find the town of origin in Italy and then you can write to the town city archives and request pertinent documents. You can also go to the www.paginebianche.it directory for persons having the same surname as your family and write them and ask if they are related to you and can inform you of your family oral history.
