The first 2 lines have a lot of words that aren't in the other deaths on the page, and I would like help understanding what they mean

I believe it says that Lorenzo was the "son of the Ospedale Grande di Palermo", i.e. was a foundling abandoned in the Hospital of Palermo and adopted by Giobatta and Benedetta Polizzi (now both deceased). Lorenzo died June 11 1733, aged 30.
