Family member's DNA tests done to find father

Hello
We have a family member whose father is unknown.
He has taken the Ancestry , Family Trees and Y111 DNA tests. Has joined projects groups

All of the Ancestry matches and FTDNA have been to 4th -6th cousins and leads to Sicily.

Oviously the only way to prove paternity is by DNA .

So it seems nothing more can be done and just a waiting game. The more people to test will hopefully bring a result
