Normal Response Times of Communes?

Hello,

I am seeking the birth certificate of my great-grandfather, from the town of Rionero. I am aware that there are at least two cities called Rionero, I am currently assuming that he was from Rionero in Vulture.

Someone who has been through this process before, how long before I should expect a response? It has been one week.

I sent the following letter via email to the UFFICIO ANAGRAFE:

Il mio nome e’ ******* Prisco. Sono una cittadina americana discendente da Italiani e sto cercando di ottenere anche la cittadinanza italiana.

Per questo richiedo, cortesemente, il Vostro aiuto, poiche’ mi necessita l'estratto dell'atto di nascita, in formato internazionale, della mia bisnonno LUIGI PRISCO. Ellgi/Ella nacque il 27/09/1886 in Rionero da padre IGNAZIO PRISCO.

Poiche’ io necessito di questo documento per formalizzare la mia richiesta di cittadinanza italiana, e’ molto importante che il suddetto certificato riporti i nomi di entrambi i genitori.

OK looks like we got wrong info on Luigi Prisco checked 1886 in Rionero his sister was born Teresa Prisco that year same parents Ignazio Prisco and Carmela Pierri (US info is most likely wrong you will have to get that amended in your quest

Looks like the Prisco's came from the town of Ottaviano province of Napoli

Marriage of Ignazio Prisco and Carmela Pierri
