Translation of Documents

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Translation of Documents

Post by nfanuele »

Hi,

I am getting ready to have my documents translated into Italian before my appointment with the Boston Consulate on April 25th. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a professional translator in the northeast region that charges a reasonable price?

Also, do I need to translate the documents of my ancestors' who are not in the direct lineage, I'm going through my GGGF>GGF>GM>M. For example, would I need to have my GF's birth and death certificates translated?

Thanks,
Nick
