I am trying to decipher the name on a birth certificate ad think it is Ilvino. Is this an Italian surname, and if so is it regional?

I posted this request earlier, I think the surname maybe Ivinteo?? It's from a British marriage certificate dated 13 Oct 1877.

I thought I could post a photo of it but not sure how to.
