Family Name Candelora, Caesar

Hello,

A friend is heading to vital records in Boston in a few days. She is in search of her Grandfather's naturalization certificate. Her family has very little information. I've started to look at the 1940 Census and did find him.
NAME: Caesar Candelora
SPOUSE: Rose J Candelora
BIRTH: abt 1905 - Italy
RESIDENCE: 1935 - Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts
RESIDENCE: Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts

She thinks he was born in Ortona. Her family believes he was born July 1904. She believes that he came to USA in 1913. Does anyone have access to ship lists or other pertinent information for this family name?

Can this be the 1920 census?

According to this census, it seems that family went to USA in 1906, where one of the children was born in about 1909, than went back to Italy, and came back to USA in 1916

Mother Filomena Marocco and children Rosa, Ernesto, Cesare, and Liberato arrived at NY on May 17, where they rejoined father Rocco.
They were from "Cucchio", but I can't find such place.
