N.P. notation on birth record?

Post by Jen5525 »

Can someone help me make sense of this birth record and birth index? I know I've seen it before. I believe it means that the child has no parents named? I have many members on my tree with the surname Stella born in this town at that time...trying to figure out who this child belongs to!

index number 374
