Accardo family from Castellammare di Stabia, Napoli, Italy

My great great grandfather was Stanislao Accardo born about 1837, supposedly in Sorrento. His wife was Maria Grazia Fiorentino, born about 1855, same place. They lived in Castellammare di Stabia, Napoli, Italy, and had at least ten children, all but the last four born in Italy. They came to NY about 1883. I have found a birth and death record for one of their children, Gaetano, who was born in 1875 and died in 1876. However I can't find anything for the other ids, some of whom were older and some younger than Gaetano. I'd also like to find parents for Stanislao and MAria, since I'm stuck there in my family tree.

When they came to the US, the name changed to Accardi and also to Echard (depending on which census you look at!) They lived in Brooklyn and died in Newark, NJ.

I am trying to decipher Stanislao's occupation from the civil records I have, but cannot find anything on lists of occupations. The handwriting is difficult so I am probably reading it incorrectly. I don't speak Italian.
