Sentence translation please help

Post by signoretti »

Hello ~

I have recently found family in Italy and have been communicating with them via Facebook. I'm using google translate to help along with other translation sights. In a message from a cousin in Italy she wrote this question,

"Sono proprio loro belli veri?"

What is she asking me? All the translations sights make no sense of this phrase.

Thank you so much in advance for your help.

It's a bit hard to say without a bit of context but I'm understanding them to be saying:

"They are really beautiful, true?"

I think they want you to agree with whatever they are referring to - is it a pic?

Thank you so much Angela!
Yes she is referring to a picture 😊 In the past week I have connected with family in Italy that I have searched years for. It's been amazing, wonderful and awesome but challenging with the language barrier. Thank you so much for your help and have a wonderful day!!!!
