I can make out most everything but who is the mother or why is she not listed? Thank you!

Antonina was born from a "natural union" between Antonino Agnello and "a woman who doesn't agree to be mentioned".

Antonino and this woman were not married. They might have married later.
Have you got the marriage certificate of Antonina? (29th of June 1926, Gioiosa Marea) It might contain the mother's name.

I believe her mother is listed as Ignoti, unknown. Possibly there's more information in the written paragraph at the bottom. I'll be so happy when I'm better at reading these documents. Thank you for helping me...much appreciated.

Ok, so the mother remained unknown.

The annotations in the marriage certificate say that Salvatore Giangardella and Antonina Agnello had three children before the marriage:
Filippo, registered on the 3rd of February 1922
Grazia, 26th March 1924
Tindaro, 4th February 1926
and with that act they legitimise them
