latin birth record help, please

this is such a find for me -- the birth act for my 4th GGmother Placidia Iagulli !!

so i have been studying the Latin and this is what I've translated and some of the questions I have. I would appreciate any corrections, edits, additions,etc

born 6 Nov 1785.
GiovannBattista Iagulli [I believe he is her uncle and was a priest/deacon - does it mention his relationship?]...gives permission to Vincenzo Pagani, curator, for the child to be baptised in the Parish Santa Maria de Monte Carmelo??

parents are Don Nicola Iagulli, doctor and his wife Donna Grazia Andreano ... her name is Placidia Maria Nicoletta Vincenzia.

Godparents are Don Vincenzo Andreano [does it mention any other relationship to the family?] and his wife Donna Nicoletta Pironti. .......the midwife is Catarina Schiavo? Marci Lolli the wife?
