Please assist in translating this marriage. I am having difficulty reading the names and trying to understand where this Montesano may fit in my family tree. This is the only occurrence of that name in Chiaromonte I have located prior to 1864 when an ancestor moved to Chiaromonte from Montemurro, married and had a family. I also found it interesting that the marriage took place in the groom’s comune rather than the bride’s.
The Matrimoni, processetti for 1859 does not appear to be in the same order as the Marriage Acts, nor is there an index. Is anyone aware of a method of quickly locating the records without going page by page?
As always, I am very grateful for all the assistance many of you in this group has generously provided.

Re: Viola marriage to Montesano
Thank you Kevin and Mmogno for translating this marriage act and locating the processetti. I did not find any names in the processetti that would tie in Mariangela to my Montesanos but I was intrigued by the possible connection.
