Vincenza Luppino? It looks almost like Lappino, but I can't find that anywhere.

Yes, Vincenza Luppino, (although I agree that it does look more like Lappino). The name Luppino appears in the town.

I would say that he was sixty (sessanta) when he died. I don't see an "otto" (eight) at the end.
