Looking for help with translation from family search docs.

Is the child' name Giacomo? and are the parents Vincezo Caiola and Antonina Sgroi? from 1878?
Any indication of who the grandparents are?

This is an Extract of an 1848 Birth Record No 148

Child's Name: yes, Giacomo Caiola
Father: Vincenzo Caiola, 40 yo, contadino (peasant/farmer), living San Giuseppe Jato
Mother Antonina Sgroi, 30 yo,
Giacomo was born on 7 December 1848 and baptised on 8 December 1848

(You are looking at 1871 allegati for the marriage of Giacomo Caiola and Filippa Fasone.)

Here is the Extract of Death for Vincenzo Caiola, Giacomo's Father which was one of the documents presented for the marriage. He died 30 April 1857 and his parents were deceased Leonardo Caiola and deceased Paola Vivirito. Antonina Sgroi was his second wife. He was first married to Rosolia Pizzato?
