trying to find Birth Cert for Alfredo Cipriani

Started Jure Sanguinis app. Looking for help Trying to find birth Certificate for my Grandfather Alfredo Cipriani. Naturalization papers say he was born 2/6/1891 in Torremaggiore Foggia Italy. His Father Antonio Cipriani. Any advice?

Found him on a passenger list the "Canopic" from Naples to Boston with father Antonio, arrived May 13, 1907. Listed as Alfredo Cipriani. Have had no luck searching archives. Naturalization papers have conflicting names Alfred Cipriano/ Alfredo Cipriani. Always went by Cipriani.

Thank you so much Marty! Had birth date in euro form he was born June 2, 1891 . Should I also put his fathers name in email? Should I attach any other Documents beside License?

I received an email from Commune Torremaggiore with a scanned copy of my Grandfathers stamped, signed Birth certificate.(awesome! thanks for all the help) It appears to be in international format. Does not seem like they will be mailing me one? No mention of it. Will consulet accept a printed copy or will they want an original??
