I guess you mean the one on the lower right.

It means that the mother of the child, Anna Felicia Tobasso (who was the daughter of Stanislao (Tobasso), was legally married to the father of the child, who declared the birth, ie Giuseppe Di Geronimo, who was the son of Antonio (Di Geronimo).

On the right it says that Donato Di Geronimo, son of Giuseppe, married Maria Donata Petruccelli on 21 April 1913.

He, Donato Di Geronimo, died on 21 February 1960 in S. Elia a Pianisi.
