Can someone help me with the age of the father Marcelino, (I think its 15??) and tell me if he is married to Maria Carmina ( I think I see moglie). Also can you tell me what the note in the margin says. Thank you!

February 25, 1886 Marecellino Molitierno age 50, farmer, domiciled in Casaluce, appeared at the comune and declared that on the 24th of February 1886 at 8:30 a.m. at his home at #8 Via Passone?, a male child was born of Stellato Maria Carmina his wife, farmer/farmwife with whom he lives, who was given the name of Salvatore.

he is married to Stellato Maria Carmina ("da Stellato Maria Carmina sua moglie, contadina, seco lui convivente");
the note in the margin says that Salvatore married to Tallo Carmela ("Con atto 9-12-911 n. 142 in S. Maria C. V. il Malibierno sposò Tallo Carmela")
