Actually, they are two separate records. One is for Antonia and the other for Antonio.

Sorry, Crystal. I knew there was another one that needed translating and just took another look through my notifications. It's quite "wordy" so I hope it makes sense to you.

Birth No 12: Antonia di Spirito
Luogosano: 4 March 1866

Appearing was Tommasina Buono, 68 yo, daughter of the deceased Michele (Buono), a Levatrice (midwife), living in Luogosano, who having assisted/witnessed (the birth), declared to the official the following: that on the day 4 March 1866, at 8 am was born from Angelantonia Martino, 25 yo, daughter of deceased Benegno Martino, (and) wife of Generoso di Spirito, 31 yo, Calzolaio, living in Luogosano, son of the deceased Carminantonio di Spirito; in the house where they lived, in this town, at Strada dette Portajusa, a baby girl, who she presented, and who the parents intend to give the name of Antonia.

The declarant told the official that the father did not present the baby nor declare the birth, because he was absent.

The other names that appear towards the end of the document are just the witnesses to the declaration.
