Benigno Di Spirito, farmer, age 24, domiciled in Luogosano, appeared and declared that at 6:40 a.m. on on November 5 a baby boy was born in the residence on Via Calore to Maria Ferrante, homemaker, his wife, who lives with him. The baby was presented and it was declared that he was given the name of Generoso.
Witnesses signed, but Benegno did not, declaring that he did not know how to write.
