There is no Nicolina di Sprito that I see here. The one on the left is a birth record for Nicolina Ferrante and the one on the right is Maria Antonia di Stasio. Did you link the correct document?

October 16, 1824 at city hall for Luogosano, Costantino Ferrante appeared, age 33, farmer, domiciled in Luogosano, and presented a female child, born of Maria Venuta, age 34, living with her husband, the above Costantino Ferrante, her legitimate spouse. He declared that the child was born on October 16, 1824 at their home and that the child was given the name of Nicolina.

It also confirms that Nicolina was baptized on October 16, 1824.
