I have found Filomena's birth record and would like to know if I have read it correctly.

I believe she is born on the 29 of January.
Also the right hand column is giving me trouble; may I have help deciphering it?

You are correct.
The first annotation on the right column states she married Giuliano Diciannove on 18 Nov 1900
Second Annotation: she died on 4 May 1960
