Help Needed: Death Certificate for Cesare Pascarelli

Hi all,
My citizenship packet is starting to come together, but I am completely stuck on finding my great-grandfather's death certificate. Unfortunately, he was very abusive and eventually abandoned his family in the 1940s. All I know is that he was still alive at least until 1960 because, according to my mom, he tried suing my grandfather that year. I am also almost positive he died in New York (most likely Brooklyn), but I can't even be 100% certain on that.

His name was Cesare Pascarelli, also known as Chester Pasquarelli. Born 1889 in Roccapiemonte, Salerno and came to the USA(NY) in 1907. His wife's name was Christine and his kids were Genoro, John, Edith, Joseph, and Assunta. I've checked all the usual places (ancestry, familysearch, social security death index etc) and haven't found anything that seems to fit. My great-grandmother, Christine, died in Los Angeles in 1964, but she had long been separated from Cesare.

I wrote the NYC Department of Health a couple weeks ago asking for advice and am waiting to hear from them. I figured I would ask on here just in case someone has had a similar experience or could offer advice on where to search next!

There is a SS Claim record under the name Pascarelli on Ancestry for Edith.

I found a Cesare Pascarella buried in St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries - Farmingdale interned 11 July 1986.

A Margaret is in the same plot and was interned 16 May 1969

Thanks for researching this and for your response! I did see this record for a Cesare Pascarella, and even though the name is similar the other information doesn't seem right (his date of birth, other family members etc) I can't seem to find a closer match so I might have to hire a professional for this!
