Translation Please

Post by tarheel56 »

Hi! I have been trying to translate several death records of my Italian ancestors from the 1820's. Here is the latest one (Johannes Giecco) I am working on as most records are basically the same. I am seeing if my translation is correct. I am also attaching a record (Maria Chiavantone) that I did a basic translation. My translation for her is:

Chiaventone Maria daughter of dead Antonio and dead Catharina Brusetto married Chiaventone, age 62, passed 23 January 1832.

I know it is just the basics as either I cannot make out the other words or just don't know them  .
Any help would be appreciated.

Michael

It seems correct, though I am not sure about Caterina's surname
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi
