Please help translating birth record and search

Hello,

Could I please get some help translating these birth records for Rosa Spinella and Salvatore Spinella?
I am trying to figure out how Rosa Spinella may be related to my great grandfather Angelo Spinella (1896 Lipari).
I found they were together on the ship that arrived at Ellis Island on October 26, 1912, along with at least two other people. Angelo's sister Bartolomea Spinella and her husband Angelo Paino were with them.

I am assuming Rosa must be a cousin, but won't know until I can trace further back and find other family members.

I am also trying to find any info on my great grandfathers father, Domenico Spinella abt1864. I haven't been able to find any birth, marriage or death records. I just know he was married to Nunziata Biviano. Any tips on where I can try to search?

Maria Rosa Spinella was born on Feb 11th, 1883 in Goletta (near Tunis, I guess); father was Bartolomeo, a 43-years-old sailorman from Stromboli; mother was Anna Brignone.
Copy of record was sent from the Italian Consulate in Tunis.

Salvatore Spinella was born on Apr 18th, 1880 in Goletta; father was Bartolomeo, a 45-years-old sailorman from Stromboli; mother was Anna Brignone.
Of course, age of father is approximate.
