Hello,
Could I please get a hand translating Rosa Maria Spinella's birth record.
I am trying to find out how she is related in the Spinella family. I found the manifest for my ggfather Angelo Spinella and Rosa was on the ship with him. From what I can make out on this birth record, Rosa has different parents than Angelo.
I know Angelo had a sister, Bartolomea, who was also on the ship with her husband Angelo Paino.
Rosa's name was listed as Rosa Maria Spinella Paino. I found NY census that shows she was married to a John Paino.
There were five people together on the ship in 1913 that came to NY and they all lived in the same house in Norwich NY.
I am assuming Rosa is a cousin to Angelo, but need some help or suggestions on finding the link. Angelo's parents were Domenico Spinella (1864) & Nunziata Biviano (1860)

Thank you for any and all help!

Re: Help translating Rosa Maria Spinella Birth Record
January 9, 1884, at city hall in Lipari, the city official having received a copy of the birth act of Maria Rosa Spinella, transcribes it as follows: Number 12, Maria Rosa Spinella. February 13, 1883 at 10 a.m. in the consular office, before me…appeared Bartolemo Spinella, age 40, sailor, born in Stromboli, Province of Messina, domiciled in that Comune, and currently living in Goletta, Tunisia, declared that at 8 a.m. on February 11, 1883 in his home there, his wife, Anna Brignone, homemaker, gave birth to a female child who was given the name of Maria Rosa.
