Basically and using modern Italian spelling for the names, that are written in Latin

Domenica daughter of the spouses Antonio and Antonia Gardetto, born on July 28, was baptized the same day at home by Maddalena, wife of Antonio, son of the deceased Giuseppe Gardetto, “cogente necessitate” (i.e. it was believed she was at risk of death) Then the parish priest supplied the other ceremonies, at the presence of the godparents Antonio Cariosso ? from Valsesia? and Margherita wife of Domenico Boria/Beria?.
