A while ago I had the opportunity to visit the town where my grandfather was born, Campli Italy, which is in Abruzzo near Teramo. I was able to get birth records but I don’t understand the context of one of the fields. Attached below is my great aunt, Domenica Neroni. She is born in Campli in 1884 and was married there in 1915. So far so good. Then in the middle of the record, there is the word, “Provenienza” and a date in 1939 associated with it. When I translate this word, it means provenance, source or origin, perhaps meaning, “where she came from”. But…she came from Campli, right? In the box below Provenienza is what looks to be the name of a place, Averrano. But I can’t find a place with that name however in the same region there is a town called Avezzano?
The simplest explanation is that she moved from Campli after she was married and before 1939 and returned to Campli from Avezzano in 1939. It is curious that this event isn’t recorded as so many of her moves are detailed on the back of her record.
If anyone has any insight, I’d appreciate the help.
Many thanks!

Re: Help With a Birth Record
The town is definitely Avezzano. Those letters are double "z", not double "r". Provenienza just means where someone is from. Presumably she had moved from Avezzano, even though she was born earlier in Campli. I think your interpretation is correct, that she was married in Campli, moved away, was in Avezzano in 1939, and moved back to Campli at that point.
