Mystery! I would greatly appreciate some assistance. Can someone please give me an overview of what this 1877 death record for my great, great grandfather Marco Malerba is stating? What are the references to Isabella Mangiatordi (I see multiple ones) and Michele Malerba (it is another name that he went by) in the 1877 death record?

It’s lengthier than other death records, so I am unsure of some of its contents. I stumbled across it and I am VERY confused because I have Marco Malerba’s death record from 1894…yet the 1877 states all of the facts pertaining to Marco (his dad’s name, his first wife’s name and her father’s name).
Side note 1: Over the past 6 months I have reviewed every birth and death index between 1800 and 1900 to grow my Malerba tree and I have not come across anyone else that could possibly fit for the 1877 death record.
Side note 2: Marco Malerba also goes by Michele Malerba. Marco and Michele are used interchangeably. A rational explanation is below.
History in case is helps:
1. GG grandfather Marco Leone, (foundling) born 30 Oct 1936. A note indicated his natural parents were Filippo Malerba fu Vincenzo and Angela de Nicolo fu Pasquale.

2. GG grandfather Marco Leone is given the name Michele Malerba when recognized as the child of Filippo Malerba and Angela de Nicolo at the time of their marriage in 1857.

3. Marco Malerba married Isabella Mangiatordi in 1863 (daughter of Giuseppe Mangiatordi and Anna Teresa de Bartolo). The document refers to him as Michele

4. Marco Malerba and Isabella Mangiatordi had 2 children together, Filippo Malerba and Giuseppe Malerba. (Their names are consistent with their ancestor’s names and their birth facts all add up.)
5. Isabella died in 1875.
6. Marco remarried in 1877 to Natalizia Giaco (daughter of Raffaele Giaco and Nicola Cataldo). (The record refers to Marco as Michele.)
7. ??? 1877 death record for Marco Malerba (see above record). Please help translate.
8. Marco Malerba and Natalizia Giaco’s children were born 1878-1888. His children were Isabella, Nicola (my great grandmother), Raeffale and Raeffale (all consistent with the names of their ancestors). Here are some examples noting both Marco and Michele interchangably.
a. My great grandmother’s birth certificate. States Michele as father. (Marriage to my great grandfather is also noted so I know it’s the correct record.) http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.i ... 5.jpg.html
b. My great aunt’s birth certificate (daughter for Nicola Malerba) showing that Nicola’s father as Marco.

9. 1894 death record for Marco, notes both wives.

How could Marco’s death noted in 1877 and 1894? Clearly there is an error somewhere or I am misinterpreting something. Thank you so much!

The 1877 record says that the Court ordered to correct the death record of Isabella Mangiatordi (dated July 1 1875): the name of the husband must read Marco Malerba and not Michele Malerba.
