Matteo Santamaria declares he owns two pieces of land, and says how large they are, where they are, and the boundaries, and names of the owners of adjoining pieces of land. "Tramontana" = "North"; "Mezzo Giorno" = "South"; "levanti" = "East"; "Punente" = "West".
The former was 8 "tomoli" large (one "tomolo" varied depending on the area of Southern Italy: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomolo ) and the latter one "tomolo". They were "terre scapole"...on the Internet I found "terra scapola" meant "land with no trees".
What I can't understand is what they meant with "colla corda"...
