Help in translating birth record #12 for unnamed? Pastore

Would someone mind translating this birth record of my 2nd great grandfathers' child. I do not know if it was a boy or girl; it is unnamed Pastore and so I am uncertain as to if it was stillborn or? Thank you so very much.

Yes, it was a couple of twins who died at birth; #11 was a male, and #12 a female.
