Help translating Baptismal Record

Would someone please help translate this record. Having a hard time with this one. It is for a Nicola Mancuso. Thanks so much. Really appreciate it.

Hi!
Nicola Pietro Paolo Domenico was born on Oct 15th, 1752 and baptized on day 16th.
Parents were Girolamo Mancuso, and Anna Giusto.
Godparents Domenico Toscano, and Maria, wife of Giuseppe Porcarello.
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi

Certificate requests and genealogical researches in Italy.
Translation of your (old) documents and letters.
Legal assistance in Italy for your Italian citizenship.
